One bad area is the English FA. A load of stuffed suits of 2nd rate football clubs chairmans. In the past they even recruited a 3rd rate TV presenter David Davies for a top role at the FA.
Brian Clough is the best England manager that never was. Because he said he would do it totally his way and not the FA's.
The American NFL has the best business men running it. The English FA should be the same.
Also in Motorsport in the UK another old boys network clings on giving 2nd rate Formula 1 events at Silverstone and elsewhere.

The best bit of this match hands down was going into a pub in Cardiff and seeing everyone cheering for Germany.

Then crawling cap in hand back to england for subsidies. Its true you end up hating the one who gives you charity. Time to offload these scavs.
A mutual defence pact can be drawn up on the off chance one of the countries needs assistance.

Ditto in Scotland.
The English media really are terrible losers, and worse winners when it comes to soccer. It's no surprise most others prefer to see them knocked out early.

I'm English and I detest the media here, in fact I've not purchased a 'news' paper since the mid eighties.
As far as the football is concern, thank F we are out, at least I don't have to hear about it every bloody minute of the day now.
I didn't watch a single game, but by all accounts we were crap.
