Nothing new about it. Its just you have the name for it wrong. Its called 'preaching' and its as old as humanity.


Tip though, RP back and get into the RP and it will seem less onerous. Heck rebuting our RP might even be quite enjoyable, others have found that to be the case in the past.

Many in PIE RP polar opposites of themselves... look at me In RL im an agnostic liberal... Bet you cant get that out of my intergal posts.

RP is something of a defence mechanism, you can separate yourself from your own emotions and indeed use it as offensively as anything that you say smacktalking... the difference is that it is a realistic character withen the game. I play an arrogant bigoted noble, and in game I act like one... though by Amarran standards im Liberal... Arch plays a more conservative bigot.

We will definitely seem offensive if we are in full stride RP... and if we werent we wouldnt be playing our characters right... the thing is if you accept that this is our character speaking and roll with it, it will seem less arrogant and bigoted to you OOC. Thats something that many non-RP corps miss, and its a serious advantage to at least basic RP. I sometimes think your 'leet' attitudes are a form of the same action of separateing the game from yourself... Its just ours fit much better within the game.

Try RP, I really expect you wont find it as 'carebear' as you might expect.

Ill be looking forward to shooting you when I get back in game at the begining of January.

And, although i support these pirates in their fight against the evil of slavery, MoO are taking away our main form of entertainment in keeping CVA busy (no one else can afford to war with us)
