The Notes for tomorrow's patch have been uploaded and are available for viewing. Lots of changes have been made, so make sure you read them at least once.

wee! First in. Hm. Pretty good changes, those.. hopefully this'll tie up a lot of the present complaints.

This will cause problems - I can't wait to get my first "sorry you can't jump you haven't finished talking to gang" because of this 
Other than that it seems good - many fixes

Defender Missiles should not slow your ship when fired.
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

Seems that things are going to make PVP mad!
Seems POS are set right!
Conquerable station shield capacity and shield recharge rate increased to roughly equal Control Tower statistics.

I was hoping they would fix the some of the chat channel bugs like copying text, capturing logs, inviting people, and that annoying bug in convos wherne the other person doesn't appear in the list of people in a convo.
There are some very needed bug fixes that look like they did add though, such as the overview fiexes. ------------------------------------- Quantum Industries

These two are kind of concerning. What exactly is the purpose of contraband anyway? It's not like you can avoid the fines and faction penalty levied by customs if you have to pass by them (and you usually hit at least one gate with customs officials somewhere in an Empire route).
I had an offer to free Minmatar slaves from an agent a little while ago. This was wonderful given that I RP a freedom fighter that attacks slave convoys. Without carrying the slaves in another ship there would have been no way to complete that offer and free those slaves. In future I guess this agent offer will be yet another junk one to turn down.
I heard about smuggling containers, etc a while back. Are we likely to see these soon or soon(tm)?
