He's a fraud. He will kill his own corp mates and play dumb and act like it was a mistake. Any corps and Alliances, put that guy on negative standing in your contacts, do not allow him into your corp or alliance. If you see him in local, watch your back, he'll attack you regardless of where you are or what you are in.
