I see people unhappy with things as is and will always be in any game, obviously. The learning skill thing? i believe i heard it referenced in a CCP interview during the AT8 as something they are looking into. I know for a fact there are several things that came about BECAUSE of the CSM. And usually the candidates will tell you during their campaign what it is they plan to bring up to CCP, Personally i might add.
Your above Proof? this isn't proof of CSM not working, just proof that there is always something people want changed.

I think i may have just hit Report Post instead of Reply... probably wont end well.
And yes i chose something i disagreed with and am debating it mainly to pass the time. good eye ^^. but my points are far from invalid. Can you name anything the CSM have brought up to CCP that has been implemented?
EDIT: If you promise something and dont deliver, its very unlikely youll be re-elected. Easy to weed thsoe people out. especially since several elections have been held. Ment to post this originally btu got sidtracked by Reporting this post >.<

and this is considered important too? did we players suddenly forget there is a market search fuction and a item quick bar there to use? Been there for years in fact.
Sheesh! shouldn't you be concentrating on an actual faulty 96 hour timer issue on your new PI setup.
Where you cannot stop it, as it trudles on in an never ending loop without destroying the extractor and replacing it with a new one,I know they are not massivley expensive to replace,at least for most of us players. However, the point is it's actually a broken/faulty game function and should not pushed out of the way for trivia.
Sorry but it' kind of takes the Wow!factor out of "wow here's your new ship toy" but we haven't fixed a fault in the code which controls a crucial item involved in the PI operation. Again it's not the isk involved it's the customer perception(s) of the product delivered,
Sorry! but thats the way most folks look at things these days, you don't paper over the cracks to hide the faults or fiddle arround with minor items you fix the faults then give a shinney toy as by way of an appology as and if you feel its appropriate.
Sorry sir, the guy who says "oops, thats broke" and htis the fix button is on vacation ^^. P.S. i hereby declare that i am not "most folks" apaprently ^^

For those of you claiming CCP is making "the same **** up" as with their server move (downtime extended almost, if not, a full 24 hours), Heres my Big Ben Impersonation for you: its just now 13:30, lol ^^. And ya still have an hour to go until CCP, by your standards, officially "****ed up" again =P
