Hello all, hope this is the right place to be posting this.
Been playing eve since feb this year and have had +4 implants since the first 2/3 weeks. I want to upgrade to +5 but they cost roughly 100m each.
What would be the quickest way to be able to get that sort of cash?

Assuming you're running L4's in Empire, run moar missions and buy them in your LP store for 65 million plus a bunch of LP. Or simply run moar missions and save!
Or if you're not going that route, then yeah, do plexes and ratting in your section of space, like the last person said.

quickest ,
buy GTC
sell on forums
then use a JC
and plug in +5's

just a tip. you don't need ALL 5 of them at once. Just concentrate on one area for a while (like PER/WIL) and get 1 or 2 +5's. But don't overestimate the 'power' of +5's, put a year or so of skils in Evemon and see what are the benefits. If you don't have the isk you probably can spend it on better stuff.

Converting them to plexes and selling in Jita should be something like 5 seconds faster. :)

Do level 4 missions. Earn ISK + LP. Buy implants from loyalty stores for less than half the market sell prices, and maybe get a few from storylines.
I got a +5 from a level 1 or 2 SoE storyline recently, which was obviously level 4 difficulty. Bug I guess. Sure was a surprise when I warped-in in a Kestrel frigate and was greeted by several battlecruisers and battleships. Finished it in my Tengu though.

You play since februari and still don't have a spare few 100 mil ISK? 
Level 3/4 grinding, mining in a Retriever or better, or being smart with trading gets you the cash.
If you do lots of missions you can also opt to spend 65k LP plus 65 million ISK to get a +5.

do what i did for one of my alts.. trade some plexs to a contract for a set of +5's :D
