Just stay docked in the shed or bathroom and wait out the agresson timers like the rest of us. Then do covert ops runs for beer and jerky. Or when you get kids have them scout for you or run courier missions for frozen food.

I tried this. I can't even get my wife to log into my accounts for me and change skills while I'm deployed. I even tried to convince her that the new PI stuff was like farmville(her only addiction) in space.....that didn't fly either. Any tips you have for addicting my wife to EVE would be greatly appreciated.
Oh!!! and congrats you 2 have fun. Lots of good advice in this thread so far. Don;t go to bed mad. Dress doesn't make you look fat. Kids running EVE alts....etc.

Just remember that , in the run up to your wedding, she will have spent a lot of time with her female relatives - and this qualifies her for the following skills:
nagging 4, hair splitting to 3 (4 if she works at it), stating the bleeding obvious 4, cold shouldering 5, and probably some others as well; you need to ensure child bearing stays at 1 for a while if you want to continue to play EVE...
(this from a 33-year vet; if I had murdered her I'd only have served 14 years lol)

I tried this, but after over three years with no sleep at all I finally snapped and beat the cow into a bloody pulp using the Dyson stair hose attatchment and then buried the body under the patio a la Brewkside.
Slept just fine afterwards though.
