How about adding a "put everything online" button? and have it start with low modules first then mid, then high so that any required modules are done first to ensure grid and cpu.

Edited by: Farjung on 17/12/2004 02:30:32 A minor side-effect of this bug (at least it's a likely cause in my opinion) has been to mess with the MWD cap bonus the thorax gets:
I jumped into a rax and noticed all the modules were offline, so I turned them back on and went off to do a mission. I noticed that the total cap seemed a little low, checked it and it was listed as 1039, whereas before the patch it was 1247. Got back to station and refitted, and the cap was back to 1247.
1100 (base) x 1.2 (energy management 4) x 1.05 (power diag) x 0.75 (MWD) = 1039.5
1100 x 1.2 x 1.05 x 0.75 x 1.2 (Gallente Cruiser 4) = 1247.4
So for some reason when I brought all the modules back on-line, the bonus from Gallente Cruiser wasn't taken into account. Just a warning to any Thorax/Deimos pilots to double check cap before undocking.
Someone really needs to keep me away from the Taranis |

I have a lot of reports of this bug, I'll reproduce it and try and get a fix out today. -- Richard CCP Programmer. Anything said above is not the official line, but my own take or opinion. |

Can I get one piece of clarification - this is only happening in station, right? Not when ships are swapped in space.
The bug reports I have received that specify where it happened, seem to imply this is the case.

Took two characters out in Scoll in identically setup atrons , swapped ships between characters a few times (taking over ship , ejecting going back to the other ship etc)
No problems reported, all modules stay online.

This is because I test my ship swapping related fixes out in space, and in this case, there happened to be something to the change that left in-station ship swapping not cleaning up properly.
A fix has been made and will hopefully make it out in todays downtime. -- Richard CCP Programmer. Anything said above is not the official line, but my own take or opinion. |

Well, the fix has been made into the latest DT so nice one for the quick resolve, lickspittle.
That was one extremely annoying bug --- In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded. |

I get exaclty the same problem with my mammoth (using four giants too) it seems to be related to the fact that if you leave the mammoth which gains several % cargo through your indie skills it suddenly doesnt have enough cargo left for the cans to fit in. so they are simply ejected to the items hangar. In previous build there happened nothing like that. Anyone tried ejecting from an indie with cans in it in space yet?

Yes - in an attempt to fix the problem with the cargohold not showing my cans in my hold I tried ejecting and reboarding. This caused a load of the cans to get dumped into space. I could then scoop them back up and see them in my cargohold but I still could not see the ones that were already there. This was done before Richards' fix today.
