You misunderstood me... When i sell a logo for example, the logo is the property of the buyer, that's a fact. I stay the creator of the logo, but since it is sold, I can't sell the property of someone else.

That's the way most of European authors' rights apply, there is a distinction between economic rights (all the money related stuff) and the moral rights (being recognized as the true author of the creation). So yeah, you can buy the right to use what Eosyn made for you, but you can't sell it and/or pretend you've done it.

But well, i just used a picture as a background... i could have used a texture, but i didn't. I'm not selling or even claiming the creation of this background, i'm selling the whole creation... the composition of the banner and the logowork.
