Tbh things have started to even themselves out a little bit at the moment, both sides bringing reasonable sized fleets out and still quite a few wolfpack gangs around too.
There's been a bit of a resurgence with our general militia fleets too and some good teamwork recently between people, so from our perspective things look fairly good.
Had a great scrap last night in eugales (50 v 50 ish) similar size ships and both sides just going for it - great fun and more of the same please.

BM is right tbh, mainly due to the lack of decent fleet action we have gotten complacent and lazy - Said the same thing to my corp on our forums. Hopefully this wont be too harsh of a wakeup call for us :)
Nibbletek are pro corp with bloody good pvp'ers - Gonna be a tough time for us but sure as hell going to have some fun with it :)

Caldari competiive in the eu tz? You are having a laugh tbh mate, other than draketrain there's been virtually buggerall to shoot at for ages - Ibs seem to have gone very quiet and there's very few squiddy fleets around.
Nibbletek are very much welcome, we had a battle with them on Friday night where we got royally bummed and other than that it's been an odd skirmish and station games. Not been any smack just some fun banter too. We had them camped in the nis station for most of yesterday (to be fair our fleet ended up being a little too big in the end and don't blame them for not playing).
Really hoping that this inspires the rest of the squids to grow some balls and start to come out to fight more.

To be honest, the only reason it happened is that the Caldari NPC's dislike Damar as much as the Gallente NPC's do - Cant think if another reason why

The Caldari / Gallente fight has been hotting up recently with the addition of Nibbletek to the squids, made it a whole lot more interesting and fun - Now theres actually tactics and skill needed with engagements whereas up until recently its been too many gank fights.
Last couple of nights i think we changed ships / tactics (and Nibbletek did as well) about half a dozen times in the space of an hour to try and counter each other! BS gang, then to long range hac / recons, then to faction frigs, then to BC's.
A lot of the Gallente corps have been here since the beginning (or as near as dammit) of FW so tend to be more organised, better discipline, have worked together on a nightly basis, shared comms etc than a lot of our Caldari counterparts which does give a advantage when fighting in the bigger fleets (even tho we do f*** up sometimes like everyone does)

Was good fun having Nibbletek living in our home if Nisuwa - they were great to fight against and virtually no smack. There were not that many big engagements and a lot of time spent reshipping to try and out do each other.
I think one of the problems they had was a lot of the time the numbers that we were fielding made it difficult for them to fight against. I get 20-30 online a night just in SoTF and add into that our friends too.
When they moved in we started a campaign on our killboard to see how we'd measure up against them as tbh we expected a bloody hard time when they moved in! http://sotf.eve-kill.net/?a=cc_detail&ctr_id=7297 we seemed to do ok in the end.
Shame they left tbh and it would be great to see more if the established quality pvp corps join the squids.

We are giving you chance to re-spawn Draco :)
In all seriousness, we at the moment are having some fun in Syndicate at the moment but have zero intention of leaving FW, just having some out there at mo and Nisuwa is still our home - Enjoy the quieter pipes we will be back home in full force soon enough :)

Hehe, we wanted to spend some time pew pewing against you guys :( (keep the dec mutual we will be back soon mate)
But didnt want to turn down some 0.0 fun, so here we are - Most of our stuff is still in Nisuwa but think weve moved about 200 ships out to Syndicate so far.
Kills not as frequent as in BR but its great fun fighting using Hics, dictors, bubbles and proper use of bombers - Should temp blue each other Bacardi and come out and have some fun with us mate :)

Originally by: BacardiDesire you left militia? or is the FF issue solved when someone dies in his own bubble ? I mean we had to drop militia because apperantly when your Rep your gcc corp mate whilst being in militia 0.75% faction standing goes to waste and was a intended feature
No, we havn't left the militia and have no intention of doing either - Not had any non-corpie FW people inside the bubble yet and not seen any standings decrease for corpies in the bubble when testing to try and warp out (unless ive missed something).
You lose standing for repping a GCC corpmate???? i know you do for repping a non-corp same side FW gcc but didnt know about losing it for repping a gcc corpmate - good job i keep my guys in the straight and narrow really as that bloody crazy

Originally by: Inserith Peon As a dedicated logi/recon pilot, I noticed this 'feature'... suffice to say, I decided that the only good thing about FW was the LP providing discounted ships to sell to fund PvP elsewhere...
Or fly with a corp that doesnt go GCC.

Imho a lot of people here need a dose of growing up tablets.
It's a game, it's supposed to be fun - whoever you shoot, team up with, help each other then who really gives a flying ****.
There's a lot of trust and respect built up between a lot of us now, and a lot if good banter to go with it whether we gank each other or have gf's.
^^ isn't aimed at any people who rp as that is different as far as I'm concerned - I'm talking about those if us who basically want to log on and just shoot stuff.

Its great to see someone start to lead the Caldari resurgence in the shape of First General, finally someone with some common sense, an ego that isnt out of control, a decent guy and someone with balls and tactics and someone who recieves / delivers trust when the need calls for.
Who gives a crap if we team up on occasions to kill pies.
Whats happening now, is what should have happened 6 months ago imho - no offence to anyone.

I think what people fail to understand is whay exactly the majority of us are in FW for and that simply is that its a free war dec against a huge number of potential targets - Politics, bull**** and all that crap is left at the door and all that most of us want is to be able to log on, get in a fleet / form a fleet and undock and shoot crap.
Whether this is against pies / with pies / against fw targets / with fw targets it really doesnt matter to the majority of us - we all have forged friendships and relationships with parties while being in this game, some of these people agree with these, some dont.
End of the day, its pure and simply log on and shoot stuff with minimal drama / fuss.

And with that you fail to understand that some of us are not here to:
- Play Counter-Strike with internet spaceships - Make friends with enemies - Start the history of the conflict from 0 after everyday and forget the old events.
Yet you automatically consider "your" or "the most people" (got any research to prove this?) way is the best.
Damar Rocarion Brigadier General
"most poeple" arnt throwing war decs around just because they dont agree with who they fleet up with.
And i didnt say this way was "best" either.
