The only difference is an alliance has a bill associated with it that will close the alliance if not payed. The creator, however, does not have to remain in the alliance. The skills are only needed to form an alliance, not keep it open. Alliances are actually run by an Executor, who is the CEO of the Executor Corporation. The Excutor Corporation, it's CEO and Directors are responsible for maintaining the Alliance. They have the power to allow corporations into the Alliance, kick them, dissolve the Alliance, declare war, etc. All bills are paid by the Executor Corp. If the Executor leaves, then the new CEO of the Executor corporation takes over as the Alliance Executor (Our Alliance went through this process a while back when our founding CEO/Executor decided it was time to move on). The skills to start the corporation or Alliance are only required by the founder, once the Corporation or Alliance is formed, anyone can take over. ______________________ Agony Unleashed Home of the PvP University
