so far on 2 characters i have had an agents offer through an eve mail , but nothing in the journal , when you talk to the agent you only get option to accept the offer you cant see ???
Am i the only one with this problem or is it a known issue ?

The offer dialogue was changed, so you no longer automatically accept the offer when you click on the first button that you see in the root agent dialogue window. The side effect of this change may have been that you no longer see the offer in the journal until you ask your agent about it in person.
