Best AT fight ever IMHO was the BoB vs Star Fraction where SF fielded all thoraxes and ran over BoB to everyones amusement :)
Will we ever see this fight surpassed?

if only they would allow 12 of the same ship, or add 32 points to the limit to make thorax hull fleet possible.

I'd actually consider a variation of:
4 Deimos
4 Vigilants
4 Phobos
When a HIC has such a powerful, innate tank, you can sacrifice more of its lows to go gankier, plus the extra midslots and utility highslot make it rather appealing. Not to mention drones tend to get exploded by smartbombs at the moment, so no big loss. |

ecm swarm, would be pretty much the only useful tank they could have on a setup like that. |

ECM drones were the thing that provided cover for the first Rax Charge, but the problem now is that everyone's using them so much they're almost the default drone type. So, damage drones might be preferable to bypass some midslots spent on ECCM, and to heighten the "melt their faces" effect that Thorax hulls have. Killing ships faster is in itself a form of defense.
Plus, calling drone primaries with Rax drones is an effective way to kill frigates that're skirmishing around that you can't catch. |

I actually like the four ship restriction. It's an interesting challenge for us theorycrafters, and it makes for much more interesting TV. (Imagine someone fielding a six-Rook team.) |
