Ladies and gentlemen, I wish to use this opportunity to inform you that Cerberus Inc. is willing to purchase capsuleer cadavers under the following conditions:
-all cadavers must be offered through the official contractual system Any other offers will be rejected without consideration.
-all cadavers must be of capsuleer origin or more specifically they need to be fitted with a standard set of capsuleer interfacing implants Non-capsuleer bodies will be rejected without consideration and if the situation warrants it, authorities will be notified
-all cadavers must be in a reasonably good condition Bodies which have been mutilated, significantly dismembered, were subjected to extreme temperatures (flash freezing is acceptable), received massive physical trauma in the cranial region, suffered extensive damage to their interfacing implants (commercial implant damage irrelevant), suffered *any* damage to the occipital lobe implant or had their body chemistry tampered with (poisoning, drug overdose etc.) will not be accepted.
Additional stipulations apply:
I. Cerberus Inc. will accept any contract fitting the above criteria for a price up to 1 (one) million ISK per cadaver. Contracts should be issued in the Forge region, with maximum ten cadavers per contract.
II. Cerberus Inc. is willing to pay up to 10 (ten) million ISK for cadavers of prominent capsuleers who have been engaged in complex data or situation management for prolonged periods of time. This includes verifiable top-level combat pilots and CEO-level managers. Cadaver identity will have to be verified through official CONCORD records before contracts can be accepted. Contracts of this type can be issued anywhere within high and low security space. Contracts in null security space will not be considered.
III. Cerberus Inc. reserves the right to refuse offered contracts at will and without explanation. All contracts will be reviewed within 24 hours of their reception and any contracts offered which have not been accepted within that time frame may be considered null and void by the issuing parties.
IV. All cadavers need to be unique. In the case Cerberus Inc. already possesses a cadaver of a certain individual, further cadavers will not be accepted. Contracts involving multiple cadavers which contain a "duplicate" will be rejected altogether.
Please label your contracts re. cadaver type and origin for speedier processing.
Thank you for your time.

Interesting. This sounds like you are planning to use them as a biological data processing unit. That appears to be very much in spirit of Sansha, doesn't it?

Mr. Kazzzi, I am afraid Mr. Dragonzeall's combat records indicate there might be something wrong with his neural transfers. As such we cannot offer you a "top combat pilot" or "CEO" contract deal, but would be happy to pay a standard contract amount.
Mr. Lykouleon, Cerberus Inc. is interested in purchasing an alliance executor level cadaver, and as such we are willing to offer 20 (twenty) million ISK. I am afraid our budgetary constraints for this particular project do not allow me to offer you more.
Ms. Beekers, all contracts should be issued either to me, or to "Cerberus Incorporated".
Mr. Quan, Cerberus Inc. is not associated with Sansha's Nation. The project in question is a statistical analysis of neurological changes caused by extensive use of capsule technology, for which a large number of autopsies needs to be performed. I assure you our data processing capabilities are far superior to anything one could extract from biological units. Especially ones which have been dead for some time.

Oh! Do you make dolls too?
I've been looking around for fellow enthusiasts, but so far only Izzychan really does it, but her dolls are metal and spikey. And they move creepy.
Do you have a dollhouse for them?

Thank you, Mr. Kuroda, for clarifying the purpose.
Please excuse my initial suspicions, but after the recent Quafe+ incident I do tend to worry about the proper "use" of our remains. With advanced enough technology, too many less then honest things become possible. Industrial espionage based on the information traces left in the neural implants, for example. And depending on Sansha's true capabilities, he might even be able to replace the damaged parts of those individuals' brains with advanced cybernetics, and then reanimate them. In such a case, the "Zombie army" label some capsuleers apply to Sansha's Nation would finally not be exaggerated.

Whatever it is, I don't like the sound of it. Messing with the remains of the departed soul.
Well, the refugee soul, in this case. It just isn't a good front, now is it? Certainly isn't something I like to think about, what my former does once I have left it.
Experimentation, hardly befitting the flesh of the upper castes at the very least. I'll be making a concerted effort to avoid passing through another body from now on.

This sounds illegal.
While pod killing is viewed as a crime in some areas of New Eden, handling of cadavers is not an illegal activity, Ms. Kroes. Therefore Cerberus Inc. operates well within legal bounds as proscribed by law.
Originally by: Jianni Sotaku Experimentation, hardly befitting the flesh of the upper castes at the very least.
Cerberus Inc. is not concerned by the perceived social status of the persons whose cadavers we examine. Our interest is of purely scientific nature, therefore supersedes any social taboos that might arise.
On behalf of Cerberus Incorporated, I wish to extend our thanks to all who contributed specimens within the bounds of this project. Cerberus Inc. will continue to review and accept further offers as outlined above, however allow for up to seven business days for us to review your offers due to internal logistical reasons.

Also I wish to inform all interested parties that Cerberus Inc. is willing to pay a one-time sum of 50 million ISK for a cadaver of any known Sansha Nation pilot connected with recent raids. As per already stated instructions, the contracted material can be located anywhere within high and low security space, but not within nullsec territories.
