WTS one unit of hardwiring - Zainou 'Gnome' KZA 2000,
Items Needed 100 units of Ukomi Super conducters,
200 units of amarrian wheat,
500 Units of protein Delicacies,
And 15,000 Lp (That's 98 missions it aint much but compared to others >_< ) i do not have these named wheat or super cond yet plz evemail me if u have ( with sane prices )

( it may be hybrid turret's )

its -4% for turret's so id say it does'nt work for missle's ( but who ever win's this could test with missle's that would be interesting answer )
On eve-i there is 2 implants of this type ( -cpu ) one is -1%"KZA1000" and thisone -4% "KZA2000" its the better of the 2.

I'm a newb, but aren't Launchers...Launchers...not turrets?  (i.e. Launcher hardpoints and Turret hardpoints on a ship...)
