Edited by: leptooners on 11/07/2010 22:36:44 I'm an electronic music producer. Recently, I was playing EVE and decided I should make a song with the ambiance of EVE in mind, so here it is.
It's called "Awe". Let me know what you think.

Even if negative, any comments would be preferable to none.

quite ok i'd say, the ending is a bit cut of instantly, it could fade out or something instead

The beginning doesn't sound so "spacey", but it's good, is that a guitar? And the last 60 secs, I don't quite fancy the melody, could be improved. Not shabby at all, nice work! Cuts off at the end but I guess its unfinished atm.

first of all: creative work is always positive! (unless maybe you are thinking of creative ways to kill people...)
as i have no idea what level of skills you have in regards to music, i will keep it simple and assume you are not a "professional" music producer. in this case your track is a good start. although it seems to me that you were composing off the cuff - it shows in the song not having any discernible dynamic or common theme to it. what you did in your composition was just queuing together ideas you where having.
if you are serious about your music ambitions, you should definitely invest in some books about music composition and take tutoring in electronic music (just like you would when learning any other instrument).
