Or you could confirm it in Eve-Online
TC2 with optimal script = 30% falloff / 15% optimal / 0% tracking
Shadow serp TC with optimal script = 32% falloff / 16% optimal / 0% tracking
TE2 = 30% falloff / 15% optimal / 9.5% tracking

I've been trying to stealth edit that post since I posted it. I checked it on EVEHQ again and I am mistaken. Nothing more frustrating than a dodgy network connection

After few days of consideration I decided to go whit this fit. My only real question is should I go with Gisti type shield booster or Pith as I put it in my fit? With this fit I can permarun everything for 12 minutes and with some skill upgrading even more. Thats why I think its better, more boost at needed moment. The thing is I got what I needed. Information that T2 Mach just isn't enough and faction is crucial (unlike CNR).

I run one of these 2. I may try killing the DCU for another gyro as it seems to be what most of you are doing. Since I mission primarily in gallente space, I rig accordingly and it seems to work ok.

This is my t2 Mach:
Highs 7 800mm 2's 1 tractor beam 2
1 100mn AB 2 1 large shield booster 2 3 hardeners
4 gyro 2's 3 TE 2's
3 CCC
with max skills, and no implants or drones, it can break 1000dps using faction ammo. It fits just fine, no issues at all. Tank is also just fine, I've been using similar on a nightmare, a gank domi, and gank raven for years - you just have to watch your aggro.

shield rigs on a mach meant for pve is just wrong. but, noobs will be noobs. read the penalty they give it. you want to blow up your low sig. rad.? fyi, you'll tank better just flying around running your ab without any need to activate your shield booster, therefore you don't need a cap booster either. it's kinda counter productive to fit those rigs. also, a dcu on pve ship? NO!
yes, I use the ship fit w/ccc rigs. why? cause they work believe me or not. but, I have no reason to lie.

the whole point about the fraction battleships is yes they will run missions quicker then normal battleships. but they aren't 7 times better at running missions then a normal battleships. and with t2 fits they are only fractions better then normal battleships the reason why they end up being so much better is the fact that that cost 750 mil so your willing to spend 400-500 mil on mods to protect that investment.
I agree and the plan is to get it full faction where is needed. But the problem is that faction fittings dont cost 400-500 mil. It's cost of one CN invul field or 1/2 of price of shield booster. And I am still short of that amount of money. Problem is that I am really sick off using dominix anymore and need change. Dominix was able to run any mission without runing away. So I need something better and probably universal (as much as possible), it doesnt have to be perfect. Thats why I thought that Mach is perfect.
Rattlesnake - droneship so its a big NO NO Nightmare - need that damage type only 1/3 of the time
I dont know, I am worried about Mach tank even with expencive faction fittings.
For what is Mach good? And for what is not? Whitch npcs?
I wouldn't bother with cn invluns, and 400-500m is more than enough to get 4x gyros, a dg xl booster, and a fancy afterburner (440m total at jita price).
thing speed tanks like a tengu and dps like nightmare, wtf more do you want!?

While I see your point, going from a 340 sig to a 400 didn't seem like to big of a deal for the added tank you get (473 dps to 679dps) but I'm not I may yank them for somethign else at some point.
However, running 3 ccc rigs if you are going to run cap booster on is indeed dumb but noobs will be noobs. While I don't believe in running dcu on an armor tank pve ship, they work well on shield tank but I will try adding a forth gyro and see what I like better.

Ok, I have been testing Mach for last few days. At first I was taking hard hits. Then I got grip on it and now I say (with my moderate skills) that Mach is awsome shipe. I just did AE in 45 minutes with bonuse room without having to warp out.
I most missions I even dont need to use cap booster at all. I have finished Gone Berserk in 18 minutes and Cargo delivery (sepentis) in 9 minutes (killing all rats). With T1 guns ;)
Sansha bc's drops in 3 volleys (thats 10 sec). I snipe most off frigates at range of 60-65 km.
The only two faction mods that I have are pithi A-type x-large shield booster and Core AB. I plan to upgrade rest but those two are only necesary.
Onli mission that I couldnt finish is Sansha blockade but it was expected. ;)

And yes I use t1 ammo and on Gone berserk I have spent 220k isk on ammo and 25k isk on boosters. Not much. ;)

Are you using the fit you posted earlier? I decided to ditch the shield rigs and run 2 cap rigs. The lower sig and leaving the ab on allows me to almost never touch my booster. I'm running a 3rd hardner in favor of a cap booster which I found i never used when sudo speed tanking.

Yes, only thing that is different is that I still dont have Republic Fleet Gyrostabilizer but will replace them in few days.
That's the reason why I have placed T1 rigs on my Mach, because I am experimenting with optimal rigs and ship usage. And I was thinking same as you did, that I could throw Cap booster out. So I will try few different setups (mostly rigs) to see which one is optimal. And then I will place all t2 rigs if possible.

Mach is great at lvl4 both in shieldtank and armortank. Armor and shield fits have pretty the same characteristics and differ only in details.
