So I'm in rens and have just bought an atron, becuase I think it looks cool (<3 atron), even though it's a more or less useless frigate to fight with. Knowing this, I fit it with all meta and T1, evreything under 75k isk except the prop mod and the rigs. (The plan on the fit was to just get as much TV as possible and laugh at everybody).

This fit with my skills has 1494ehp, does 57dps, and moves at 1132m/s with an align time of 3.8s, so I'm not expecting to kill anything, just mess around.
Anyway, eventually some guy wants to 1v1 me "ship to ship" (whatever that means), and I agree, not knowing what she he'll bring out. Turns out he brings a merlin, and we begin fighting. I start losing quickly because he has both a neut and nos, so my cap is being pwnt, so I decide to start orbiting at 10kish, outside of his rocket range. I figure that i can orbit just inside of my scram range, and be out of his nos/neut range, and potentially out of his rocket range while my mighty hobgoblin I kills him. I win.
