You see - there is where you're wrong. You could potential be buying and selling stuff from or to a bot and you wouldn't know. thats not interacting.

Therein lays the understanding of what he is trying to say. The kid sitting in the corner, playing by him- / herself, is playing a game but there actually not playing the game that the hole of the sandbox is.
It's like this. You have a brother whom has kids. you see them every day as they're living just down the street You are a part of a family.
But unless you have kids of your own, you actually not part of the most important family. Your own. Hope you get my picture as there is a distinctive difference in how it effects you life.
It's perfectly okay to not wanting to have kids but CCP has build you a family house with rooms for kids and by sitting alone in that big house, your missing out on something. That is what he is trying to say. |

I would describe the game as having to choose whether you want to be castrated or have your tool amputated but leave the balls.
