has anyone got a link to teh dev blog where tomb talked about the hidden gates ?

I wish in eve the devs read though the forums just a litle bit more. please can somoene from ccp give soem info about these hidden gates, e.g. the blog where tomb mentioned them some inof about there reason for beeing there even if its just role play bable.
