So I've downloaded Evemon, added all the skills I need to compete with older players, added the learnings and +5 implants and Evemon still tells me I won't be able to play the game before 19 years ?????

That's not correct!
In those 19 years the older players will have continued to train skills, so you still won't be able to compete! It is useless! Your best bet is to just quit now!

And all old players get free skill points from CCP every now and then, just so that good new players can never catch up!

Ginger, pecan and rum chocolate brownies.
Ingredients
- 250g/9oz plain chocolate, minimum 70 per cent cocoa solids, broken into pieces
- 250g/9oz butter
- 5 free-range eggs
- 350g/12oz dark muscovado sugar
- 1-2 tbsp rum (optional)
- 150g/5+oz plain flour, sifted
- 125g/4+oz pecan nuts, roughly chopped
- 4 x 2.5cm/1in pieces stem ginger (from a jar), chopped
- icing sugar, sifted, for dusting (optional)
Preparation method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Line a 30cm x 20cm/12in x 8in, deep-sided cake tin with greaseproof paper.
- 2. Bring a little water to the boil in a pan, then reduce the heat until the water is simmering. Suspend a heatproof bowl over the water (do not allow the base of the bowl to touch the water). Add the chocolate pieces and butter to the bowl and stir until melted and glossy. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar using an electric whisk until pale, fluffy and thick.
- 4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and rum, if using, then whisk again until smooth and well combined.
- 5. Carefully fold in the flour, using a metal spoon. Add the pecan nuts and stem ginger and fold into the mixture, then pour the brownie batter into the prepared cake tin.
- 6. Transfer the brownies to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is firm to the touch but a skewer inserted into the centre of the brownies comes out slightly sticky. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly in the tin.
- 7. When the brownies have cooled slightly, cut them into 18-20 squares or triangles and carefully remove from the tin. Pile onto a plate and dust with icing sugar, if using.

I have never seen a post like this before. What an original and engaging idea - complaining about the learning skill system, and adding in the fact that players who have played longer will always have more skillpoints than you. I never saw Eve like this. This should be posted twice a day on every sub-forum we have here. Make it your mission.
Then die in a fire.

To the OP
Incase you weren't trying to be a troll.
Spend 5 minutes looking at the forums, you don't need even a year, 6 months is enough to be competitive, which is normal for any game. If you want the OMFG PWN MOBILE, it doesn't exist.
if you sincerely want more information, please start a new thread,
Best, Apollo Don't let the trolls, keep you from your goals. |

He's just given you the BPO for brownies, it's not his fault your Oven Operation skill isn't up to the level required. Alternatively, I'm sure plenty of players will offer a BYOM option at some point in the future

Actually you will always be a noob. In 19 years you might be able to compete with us veterans per 2010. unfornately in 19 years we too will have gained 19 years of additional experience. So you see, you wil always be the noob. The inferior. The Weak. The small. the underdog. the cannonfodder. etc.
Have a nice day.

1/10. If only for the impressive amount of time.
Who says you canÆt play for 19 years? Skill points only count for so much, this is why e-bay characters are fairly easy to spot; they have no real understanding of the game mechanics. Which ends in some rather hilarious KM, the shield buffered Revelation springs to mind of a few years back. More to the point, 19 years would put you somewhere in the region of what.... 500 million plus skillpoints? You can only fly one ship at a time so really youÆre going to use at most 20 million skill points; assuming something like perfect drone, weapon, navigation, defence and space ship command skills. I myself only have about 30 million SP, clearly not enough to even compete with some of the older players in your opinion. But I can put together a mean Maelstrom, or a nimble Claw as well as they could (well ok... I donÆt have BS V yet or Interceptors V). What they do have; is experience of the game, which youÆll not be getting twiddling your thumbs for two decades. Frankly, I despair every time I see a thread like this. Sure you arenÆt the best when you start your character but if you want to be then frankly, go back to World of Casualcraft. Level and equip your elf thing in the best gear in less than a month. You wonÆt be missed. But if you want to put some god damn effort into your character in a universe thatÆs about as forgiving as trapping your gonads in a blender, then by all means stay and actually play EVE. Personally, I donÆt think you have the staying power, you are weak. And in this place, the weak die quickly

Well,i'm already ****ed that i can only find 393 skills in game now, since some have been removed as new patches have been released,so i'll never be able to have the 397 skills that some players have, but that EVE for you.
P.S:I only need 2 more titan skills and the sovereignty skill to have the 393 skills...

Was more "trolling" about people complaining that they can't play the game without T2 ships with T2 fits Even if Eve has a few issues with the skill system, I'd choose that anytime over being "max level" after 1 week and "fullly epic stuffed" the 2nd week (and really being useless until having both of those)
(Got a 2-month combat char and a <1 month trading char and having ton of fun with both of them and not feeling useless at all except in those big ass blobs where I'd feel almost as useless even with some super pimped T2 ship)

Wait a second! If I were to believe some people on these very forums I would say that's impossible because you have to train learning skills for your first three months in game. Have I been lied to?

Dude, the OP is a joke.
It's a clone post of the "Two years before I can play Eve!" thread from earlier that was apparently for serious. He's being facetious.
