For Enyo I'm currently running this for ratting:
4 x Light Neutron Blaster II (Lead)
1 x Arbalest Standard Launcher
1 x Gistii 1mn AB
1 x Webber
1 x Power Core
1 x Mag stab II
1 x Small armor rep II
1 x Cap power relay (or Dark Blood Explosive Hardner vs Angels)
For Ishkur you can do something similar, although I still insist on Shield tanking it for ratting.

4 x Light Neutron Blaster II (Lead)
1 x Arbalest Standard Launcher
1 x Gistii 1mn AB
1 x Webber
1 x Power Core
1 x Mag stab II
1 x Small armor rep II
1 x Cap power relay (or Dark Blood Explosive Hardner vs Angels)
For Ishkur you can do something similar, although I still insist on Shield tanking it for ratting.

I use an anyo for lvl3 missions, and I use the following setup:
4 x 150mm railguns t2 (iridium or antimatter), 1 x arbalest rocket launcher with defenders/thorns
1 x 1mn AB t2, 1 x eutectic cap recharger
1 x small armor rep t2, 1 x magnetic stabilizer t2, 1 x PDU t2, 1 x cap relay.
I have been able to handle every lvl 3 mission so far, and I could have killed a 2.5 mill deadspace battleship, but I ran out of ammo.

I found out just yesterday that I can tank the entire first wave of a lvl 3 Mordus mission with this.
The only missions that give me trouble are the Pirate Extravaganza (and that's just b/c it's Angels) and Silence the Informant. For both of these I use my Megathron.
All other lvl 3 missions can be done with this. And obviously you can use a cheaper setup, or a setup with rails, as I've been doing while collecting the stuff I have on it now.
