I hope not to be completely wrong (I had bombing runs done on my skin a couple of times) but one thing I'd add to the guide is this:
The FC has to tell fleet NOT to use MWD, expecially the smaller vessels will invariably pop with full damage due to that.

This is true only when you get bombed by one-two bombers. In case if you get bombed by bombers fleet (interceptors and such dies from 3-6 bombs only) - MWD can save small ship as player with good reaction can get ship out of bombs radius before they explode, although it is very unlikely.
