Opening pandoras box hehe. Odd to give Gallente such a huge amount of structure but if you do it may open a whole new market up in structure repairers and hull hp increase gear that have always been next to useless items so far. Who knows maybe gallente ships could have resistances tweaked to structure? Though i dont think this will be received well after all who wants to see their sheilds AND armour melt and rely on structure alone to tank?

I think there is never gonna be perfect balance in the game but currently these changes would suck big time as above. However, I think that you should implement changes still Tomb. In hindsight, I think you should have put in the missle nerf. Its high-time Raven pilots got something to whine about. Here's what i reckon should be done:
1. Missle Nerf 2. Possible tweak to Amarr BSs due to great cap/survivability advantage 3. Buff Minny BS alot and Gall BS a little 4. Bring out tech II Missle launchers and Missles (wonder why these aren't out already? Hmm Caldari don't need tech 2 to wtf pwn)
Then and only then after testing and discussion, increase HP, in the above order.
It does make me laugh that for all the relevant moaning and groaning Minny and Gallente pilots do it all seems to fall on deaf ears, but as soon as the missle "changes" were to be introduced you crumbled to the pressure Tomb? Get that bat and smack em down! Then you can sort the rest of the mess out in a logical order to restore some balance before a major change like doubling HPs causes chaos. I bet you'll have more happy customers and a better PVP environment with all races ships being represented. Innit.

SOLUTION: hurryup and bring out the Dreadnoughts and Titans hehehe. They'll have more HP I guess? Then you have POS killing ships innit. Jobs a good'un.
