Probably because despite being online they weren't there.
I therefore offered my assistance in securing their own space as it seemed the Decartes family was in need of some muscle.

I'm assuming the goal of this secret war was to misspell so many words that readers of this post, when faced with such ignorance would lose faith in the future of the human race and commit suicide.

I will pay 50% of all isk destroyed belonging to Lexa or Mickey.
Stipulations are as such:
-Kills must be API verified.
-Corpses must be provided.
-I have created a 5b slush fund. This is the cap for this project.
Example:
You pop and pod Mickey in a t3 ship valued at 1b. You provide the corpse and the kill is verified as being legit. You receive 500m.
I can provide contacts in large merc outfits I've worked with that can verify I pay well if there is any doubt as to whether or not my offer is credible.
In addition, the first person to deliver 10 Mickey or Lexa corpses (or any combo there of) will receive 100m. Kill verification will be required.
Please contact Emerald Decartes for verification of any kills, and to arrange delivery of corpses, as well as receive payment.

You were online. I convo'd you and you either have auto accept on, or me in your address book (or both).
I said as much in the conversation.
We also know you were in Aunia, but given Aunia is hisec, you were docked up, and we didn't feel like wasting our time we decided to go through the Uplingur area.
I don't think we ever said we were going to come and get you, I just wanted to tell you that you're all terrible at this game. You were the ones with grand allusions about stopping our use of Uplingur, destroying our ships, and making EVE unplayable for us.
I guess it's kinda hard from the inside of a station in Aunia eh, especially when you're backtracking your words so quickly.

Suffered at the hands of gate guns while drunk and having fun with my friends.
GOD FORBID I ACTUALLY ENJOY MY TIME IN EVE!!  Jared laughed about our losses for a good 10 minutes.
I also hardly think that paying people who kill us is the same as having people actively hunt us lol.
It's like, ****, Lexa's wartargets killed him. THAT MUST MEAN THEY ARE WORKING FOR THE DECARTES FAMILY. Nevermind that Garmon loses a 2.5BN Maelstrom in the same fight. They were obviously gunning for Lexa. Obviously.
Just like the gateguns and the ferox were obviously gunning straight for us. It had nothing to do with us going blinky at a gate. Nothing at all.
Looks like your well laid plan is coming to fruition. Who would have thought that 2 pilots who currently actively engage in PvP might take a loss everynow and then?
In conclusion: I tried to buy SC2 today, but it was sold out everywhere except JB HiFi (our version of Gamestop) and they wouldn't price match because they're **** so I didn't end up grabbing it. Personal disappointment tbh.
