Are you ****ing kidding me? You are taking some of then++ most dangerous looking ships in the game and making them look like mundane military ships.

This is absolutely terrible, its worse than the violation of the vagabond. Its just plain bad.

What's wrong with the camo?

It's not like the old Gallente ships with their 'can't find me in the forest' motif. It would actually be pretty effective at blending into an asteroid belt with the dark and chunky darker overlay style. Except for, you know, the big icon floating on top of it on your screen. Nonetheless, I think it suits a pirate ship.

If you want to be realistic, then camo has absolutely zero value considering any "grid" we enter ingame is basically us scanning it for any ships via some wave (I don't know, either radar or sonar, whichever one works in space) and loading them into the overview. No one actually looks around for the ship and then manually put it into the overview - it's an automated task done by the ship scanner.

Ixion? Did I miss a dev blog? :P

Also please don't camo paint all the things CCP. Keep some variety.

I wish they added an 8th turret and/or launcher slot and adjusted the ROF bonus of the Mach to compensate for it.

Mach with only 7 guns looks ********, just like Drake with only 7 launchers.

Obtaining BPCs or ships in general that you could not obtain within the game by normal means would be another riot waiting to happen. I'm pretty sure they know better to keep it vanity.

I think it's odd they had the Ixion in the vid but we still don't have one on Tranq. Hay CCP, how about seeding the Ixion?!

Its just a vid they pushed out. Just like the Drake preview with 8 missile turrets or the Mach with 8 turrets. They don't seem to care about those that read too much into flawed presentations thinking they might actually mean change. An NPC ship shown has about as much meaning as those 8 turrets. Yet they did skin all NPC pirate ships. (though they are ALL Cow Angels) Would have thought the faceless organization mercs in missions would see their own generic skins. Yet since it would have been another camo anyway. Guess it doesn't matter.

Actually it's a pilotable ship... it's not an NPC ship. You can see the stats here. They've already got it built and updated to V3... I don't see why they couldn't just adjust the stats and put it in-game.

Site is dead. And all pirate NPC ships have proper attributes and stats in game. Same as CONCORD and Jove ships. Have had proper stats for as long as I can remember.

I love the skins, look fantastic. Not really proper to call it camo since its not intended to blend in with anything. More like warpaint. Warpaint seems appropriate for a military organization.

The "warpaint" could have been any style kaalakiota style. There are an endless amount of styles that could be used for group cohesiveness and unifying look. Yet no, blotches.
