This I must agree with.
Everyone knew the public belittlement that NSA would recieve by accepting BoB's offer...
Yet the majority of them did, for the future survival of NSA.
This action, regardless of whether you agree with it or not, took a lot of balls for the NSA to proceed with.
They were Damned if they did, damned if they didnt.

From what I know, they made the choice to leave, due to finding the acceptance of BoB's offer unacceptable.

At no point did they even imply they knew what was going on, infact they stated they didnt have a clue.... Hence their questions.
I would have thought, the path they followed to be a logical one, but I guess I lack the intellect to insert things between the lines to read.
