hey guys, i found a pos that is not online, and like 6-10 incapacitated batteries, how do i get just the pos out?

You don't. Only the owning corp can unanchor it. If you blow up the tower you can repair & unanchor the guns.

it is a payday.. you just need about 15 high dps battleships and a 6 pack

IMO, best thing you can do for you wallet is get a nice money for giving them entry point to wormhole.

Get an alt to enter that corp and try to see if you can get the needed rights asap. Place the character in the WH with a scanning ship (needs about 3-4 days skilling) and wait to get the granted roles. If you get them you can unanchor the pos and sell it.
Good luck as it might not be light, but no shot is a missed one for sure.

You cant un anchor the POS untill any and all other anchored arrays are repaired.
That means hull repping and armour repping all incapacitated arrays and un anchoring them first, then you can un anchor the pos.
In this case, your 'find' in the wh is pretty much worthless unless the POS owner corp pays you you for the location and is interested in reclaiming any of it.

If the corp. however has deliberately abandoned it and doesnĘt want it any more they may be willing to sell it too you cheep. Never having dealt with a POS I donĘt know if this would mean transfer ownership or invite you in long enough for you to disassemble it.
Then you would need to do all the aforementioned repairing before you could unanchored it and cart it off to market.

Put this to shoot POS overnight, collect POS mods(you'll need to repair them though) or update your clone next morning  For large POS 2 or 3 will be needed
