I had ordered a few GTC for my alt account so I wouldn't have to worry about game time for a while, I decided to get them through Battleclinic because I couldn't use PayPal at the time so I used Inpay. I had made a mistake with how many I ordered and asked if they could cancel it and they said no worries since I hadn't got my codes sent yet (takes several days with Inpay, but I asked for a cancellation within 20 minutes). They advised me it would take up to two weeks before I got refunded since it was a bank transfer transaction. Anyways I just got an email saying my order was completed and my timecodes are now in my inbox and there is a strict no refund policy once delivered, except I had cancelled it and have email saying they had.
Do I have any options? I already sent them an email saying all this but I am worried about the no refund policy once delivered. In the past I had cancelled another order and they did it...

When you get a little older you're going to realize that sales people will say anything you want to hear......accounting will make sure they'll get what was agreed upon when the transaction was signed. Enjoy your time codes.

At least now you have a lot more time to play the game than you otherwise would have. And try not to be such an uncoordinated spaz next time you buy a timecode. -- Eventus stultorum magister. |

So... you are actually stupid enough to go the the website, fill in the wrong amount of GTC's you want, confirm that you want the wrong amount of GTC's, go to your banking website, fill out the WRONG amount of money for your wrong amount of GTC's, confirm the wrong amount of money and hit send?
You deserve to lose that money, you're ****ing idiot. That's like accidentally making toast.

It's unfortunate you over spent but trying to start a hate campaign with battleclinic isn't really the answer. Sorry about what happened, I think I will buy GTCs from them just the same? |

I am sorry you had an issue with your order, but this place is not the best place to bring it up. I would talk with BC directly. I don't think blaming BC is the right way to go about it, you claim you made an error and then indicate that you may have made the same error before ...
be more careful dude.

If you have evidence that they were cancelling the order then contact them directly. Unfortunately you often have to argue with companies when it comes to refunds and cancelled orders. They will try to get away with anything. This applies to alot of companies.
Failing that if you are in the UK you can contact trading standards but thats a last resort. Before you do so inform BC that you will be contacting trading standards as they might back down. Its called being a pain in the ass

^^ This.
As long as you have proof that you asked for the cancelation, you can deal with the bank itself.
Customers are stupid. sure. However, its also up to regulation for Retails must follow to sell stuff. And ignoring a cancelation request is definitely a no, no.

Sad isn't it? And posting it here to open himself to massive ridicule probably wasn't wise either...
