Of course it includes missions that are turned down. Please check your corporation mission history. It lists down each mission ACcepted, rejected, or failed. Including storyline. I think its humanly impossible to non-reject 388 missions in 5 day...

Stick to the drake. Both their HM-TP fit , and the HAM-tackle fits are very very good for a battle cruiser. Not to mention they are very useful in lv 3 and lv 5 missions
