Mutant Snake-Eye Lotteries

Open 4 All Lottery!
The Concept:
The Open 4 All Lottery is a lottery that, as the name says, is open to all, new and old players alike.
Whilst there are many lotteries out there, most offer something such as a supercarrier or similar, which whilst being useful to established players, has very little appeal to a newer player without the skills or knowledge to want one.
That's where this lottery is practically unique. With low ticket prices (3m) and a choice of either:
A: A fully fitted* HAC (Heavy Assault Cruiser) of your choice.
or
B: A cash prize of 150m
This option of prizes gives newer players have the chance of winning something worthwhile to them. This nest egg should provide for a new player for some time.

This lottery will last until all tickets are sold, although i reserve the right to close ticket sales early.

So, you're giving away a prize of roughly 150m, and making a total 450m in ticket sales = 300m profit?

Somer will most likely be third-party for this. The lottery is already being run through his third party lotto site.
In regards to the 300m profit, it's not 300m profit, spot prizes will also be given out.

A few stats:
Daquaris is the current highest ticket holder with 11 tickets.
First ticket buyer was Wookie 1.
Over half of the tickets sold within the first 24 hours.
And on another note:
This lottery will be run between 2 and 3 times a week. There will also be a monthly "big" lottery for something a little bit more special that a HAC or 150m...stay tuned
