Looks like the reserve from STOF1 will fill. Not surprising, but was worth trying anyway. 
My amount from the waiting list can be pulled. Instead, will reserve 300 in the Debt side (makes various calculations easier).
Final amounts from me - 225 Equity, 300 Debt.

The other funds should be wrapped up this weekend, which practically means launching these new funds at the earliest on sunday and likely next week.
just need to fill the 3B 5% bonds and 400M 10% bonds. So fund2 is ready to go and will likely launch first. Just need to think of a catchy name...

the 2nd fund is ready to launch. THe only fund I haven't fully liquidated yet is the spec fund (1B) and it will be done soon.
Still looking for investors on Fund 1 and Fund 3 bonds.

note: all bond proceeds and equity investments have been returned from my prior funds: the STOF fund and the speculative fund. The only investor money held by me currently is the final liquidating dividend for STOF, which is about 1.5B.
Fund #2 - high value items fund - is launching.
Debt is still available for the station trading fund (5%) and speculative fund (10%). the debt pays interest WEEKLY (1.25% and 2.50%, respectively)

Machete you can tentatively move my 300M to the 10% loan as I don't foresee the fund I wanted to get in to opening up. though it it does I may try and put into both just depending upon my liquid at the time

just a little OT question..all these investment threads..
how do you know it isnt a scam? I've personally never heard of Machete Visor. Whats stopping him from taking my isk?

Similar to all other uncollateralized investments in eve... absolutely nothing.
But basically, over the past 3 months, i've handled a similar amount of player money (uncollateralized) and returned it to investors. Therefore, it stands to reason I could have just taken that money if it were my motivation. However, that still is never a guarantee someone won't rip you off.
So basically you should only invest in this type of fund ISK you can afford to risk, and i think that is what most players have done - noticing most of hte investments are less than 1B.
I do wish CCP would come up with a way to lend money between players with some form of restriction to prevent ripoffs.

I will be closing out the STOF1 tomorrow.
Then I will be ready to launch the other two funds.
Anyone interested in the 3B 5% debt? Any way to make it more attractive (within reason)? It is a very safe bond in terms of cash flow.

STOF1 liquidated and closed. All funds have launched and investors contacted. See 2nd post for details of payments received.

Pretty new to this, but just to clarify, there are no equity spaces left open? I'm interested in investing, but would prefer equity over the debt...
