Chapter 1 - Summary of [BYPTI]
I am a long time eve player that is restarting my life in eve. I understand the industry side of the game and market and what I takes to made ships and there components at a profit. I am able to build T1 items, some T2 ships and Capital Ships and Mods
Chapter 2 - Background on origins/idea/current business
I have been building things in eve for a long time and am looking to try something new and different I have never run an IPO before but thought of it a few times.
I have been working the ship market for the last few days and am making a profit. I have been selling ships ever other day and keep on needing more.
Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance
The Corporation will always only contain characters that I own and operate. I currently have 2 accounts 1 is 0.0 that will remain nameless and 2 characters on the empire account that will be in the corp.
Chapter 4 - The Business Plan
I am going to be building T1 ships, mods, ammo and capital mods and ammo.
I have build a series of excel spread sheets that let me track the cost for each build and what the build costs are to what the profit will be when they are sold.
Of the 95% of the profits from the above sales get moved to a corporate wallet that is being used to pay the monthly dividends
Chapter 5- Statement of Assets
I currently own a large amount of the T1 bpoÆs in game and Most of all the capital mods and Ammo bpoÆs and a few capital ship and components bpo's as well along with one unanchored med faction pos and mods

Chapter 5 - Full Disclosure of Risks
1.War Dec: If I do get war decked the biggest problem is the losing of new bpo's during transit or bpoÆs being moved for me/pe work.
2.RL: I will be working on filling a wallet division with enough isk to do a buyback of shares if RL makes it that I have to leave eve.
Chapter 6 - Full Disclosure of Main and Alts
I am only going to be disclosing my Empire account and the characters that are on it.
Water Flowing: over 4 years old with 40 mill skill points. She is a Mission Runner, Minmatar Ship T2 Ship Builder and Inventor, Capital and T1 Builder and researcher.

Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy
If I have to close down the IPO do to RL I will buy back the shares at the value there are on the LLSE Stock Market.
Chapter 8 - IPO Phases, Dividends, Market Cap
Dividends will be played monthly based off the profit of all sales that are made in the month so the better deals I can make on minerals the better the profits that will be going into the corporate wallet that the dividends will be paid out at the end of the month

Q: How do I know this isn't a scam?
A: With all the large scams that are going on in eve why would someone want to try and do a scam that will only net them 50 mil at start up?
Q: How do you know you'll be successful?
A: People are always loosing ships want to try different ships and need ammo for pve/pvp
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: I have always thought of doing an IPO and this seems like a good idea and donÆt want to start too big.
Q: Do you intend to have an audit done at some point?
A: If the share holders request it I will be more than happy to have an audit done
Q: What's your background?
A: I have been playing eve for many years and understand how the game works. Every time I try to leave it pulls me back somehow. This is the one game I seem I love to play.
Q: Will you ever buy back shares?
A: At this time I will only buy back shares if rl forces me to leave eve.
Q: Will you ever pay over 5% dividends?
A: Dividends depend solely on the months profits so some months may be better then others.

The 1,000 BYPTI first issue shares have been sold.
You can now set up a buy order for BYPTI shares (and shares in other LLSE companies, in two different ways:
a) With escrow: by posting on the LLSE thread or sending an evemail to Cista2 with the number of shares you wish to buy and price, and immediately transferring that amount of isk to escrow.
b) Without escrow. You can setup a buy order by evemailing Cista2 or posting on the LLSE thread. In contrast to escrow orders, buy orders without escrow will currently expire after 10 days.
Share holders can likewise set up a sell order at any price they wish.
