well 10M was starting bid.. google told me that in the last 4 months they went for 50M, 21M and 25M... though I think 10-12.5M is cheap as it is basically a Improved Cloaking device (even better & goes for 15-17M) with the skill requirements of prototype cloak. I am sure it is worth at least 15-20M and I hope to get the buyout :)
