It's kinda weird getting such offer from Federation Navy Internal Security officer:

Well, remember that agent offers are basically the agent dealing with you in an unofficial under-the-counter manner. Thus, what he offers you does not have to reflect his official status or position, but only his personal wheelings and dealings. Corrupt people can be found everywhere, even within the empire navies. In fact, this type of offer is exactly what prompted us to put in the agent offer system in the first place (and why its still called black market within CCP  ) - we needed a way to make smuggling a viable path, but using the mission system or the market system was not possible.

I have 2 such requests from my agents.
But I can't find anyplace to buy the stuff.
There are drugs for sale on market, but when trying to buy it I get a message saying it is illegal and I can't buy it.
Where am I suppose to get it?

ShyLion forget about it. All illegal goods will be confiscated. You have no chance to deliver these and you will only get penalized by standing loss and you will pay big fine.
I don't know what CCP think about but they are nuts. They did implement illegal goods but not implement way how to smugle these things. You have 0% chance because there is 50% probability you will be scanned on each gate approach and customs are at every gate. So from statistical point of view smugle one single item thru more than two jumps is like wining in national lotery for 1st prize....
Poor developers start smoke better ****.

So lets say I could buy the drugs. Unlikely since most stations that have them it is illegal to buy them.
I would then need to make 6 jumps with a 50% chance of getting caught on each one. So statistics says I have a .50 ^6 = 1.5% chance of success. Now given the drugs cost aprox 10 million. That means that the reward would need to be 10 million /1.5% = 660 million.
That would be just to break even. (i.e you run that mission 1000 times and in the end you earn nor lose any isk. Considering the payout for my mission was 45 million the risk vs reward is not even close. Add to the fact that it cost 8,000 LP the payout should be around 1 billion and even then most people (95%+) would lose out.
Totally stupid CCP.

some missions you do even in a high sec system will result in drops of contraband drugs. I personally have a secure can in the same 0.8 system as my agent where i place them at the end of the mission. I then take them to station later. I only collect the ones that drop in same system as agent and have built up a fair supply so far. not had any problems docking with them so far - not even sure if have customs at stations. For anyone who says cant anchor a can in 0.8 - its not anchored but anyone that wants to spend more than 5 minutes looking for an empty small secure container can have it for their effort if they find it.

The Drugs are easy to pick up, via "drug smug mission"
i have stacks and find them very usefill,
My agent does not send me ou of the system that offten, but then again i have been done for contraband:/
