I lost my labs awhile ago because i forgot to pay the bills. I was wondering...how much does it cost per rental period to keep a lab?
Auction your items for isk, works sort of like ebay. |

65K is what I paid yesterday to renew each of our labs. The price keeps going up and up!

everytime i renew the price seems to be more and more. the other day i payed like 65k on a lab that originally cost me 20k it insane

It's not insane enough as there are still not free lab slots about. Eventually someone in your station will give up on paying the rent and then the price will start to stabalise. However if you have a lab in a central system don't expect that to happen anytime soon.
I am a fan of this system as I am willing to pay a lot for a lab but not to buy it of someone as I will forget to pay the rent at some point. However when labs get expensive enough that won't matter anymore.

Get Real people !!!! 75k is not expensive for a lab slot...that's barely 15k a day ....in 1 fday you can make 2.4 BPC's 1run of a BS or a BC...and those sell for 1,5M minimum ...some BS much more... in 5 days you can make 22 BPCs 1 run.... that's easily 33M profit.... the 75k rental fee for the 5 days is trivial..... so expect much higher prices before some people release them...

Get Real people !!!! 75k is not expensive for a lab slot...that's barely 15k a day ....in 1 fday you can make 2.4 BPC's 1run of a BS or a BC...and those sell for 1,5M minimum ...some BS much more... in 5 days you can make 22 BPCs 1 run.... that's easily 33M profit.... the 75k rental fee for the 5 days is trivial..... so expect much higher prices before some people release them...

It even looks more like new players will have to be slaves to the mega corps just to do any thing at all now for if they need to buy a ship it will take them a year to save up the ISK if the price of labs keep going up as they are!
for corps that builds ships and bake the low grade BPO's will have to make them pay 10 times what it did cost.

Oh quit flipping out. You make 100-500k isk from a single level *2* mission. I'd happily pay a million isk per 5 days for a labslot if I could find one.

It seems they plan on increasing prices, but they don't drop afterwards, which meand that when a slot is free, it is for renting at the top price.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
I'd like to be wrong, since that means that only the rich will get what only the rich can already get.

This is correct.
IIRC If all or all-1 slots are taken up the price goes up, if 2 or more slots are free the price goes down.
For exact parameters go look for a dev blog posted around the september-october timeframe.

Just an update
my most expensive lab slot is at 92,000 isk
the average seems to be around 80,000
This is per 5 days.
They're still going up about 5% a cycle. interesting times ahead!

Wrong, the second it unrents someone with a lot of money will rent it. Simply causing the prices to keep on rising. CCP's "Fix" wont fix anything. It just makes it harder for newbies to get started with research because once the labs will open up prices will have gone up so far that they cant afford them.
