I have recently just tried to fit my proteus with the purpose of being unprobeable. I figured the dissolution sequencer sub-system would be the way to go as it gives bonuses for it. BUT! when i activate eccm modules when this sub is fitted i no longer get the 96% increase as stated. Works fine for the other electronics subs but not the actual one that gives bonus for it. My sensor strength goes from 41 to a whopping 47 when eccm is activated. Does anyone else have the same problem cos eft says something completely different like it should be 158 or so and not 56 with 2 eccm activated. I have petitioned it and was told to do a bug report, did that and no reply so i was wondering if its the same for others as ccp are not helping atm.

its a bug, the implants are stacking against the T3 subsystem i belive.

It's been a know bug since they were released. CCP put new content that won't work properly before making existing content work properly.

Yeah it's the implants. I've had a similar situation with the loki and Jackal Implants. Petition was answered saying they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed in a future patch (Soon).
