So I'm a n00b to null sec, I've landed in a bubble before and ended up in a station, that's about my experience so far.
I'm most likely going to offer to scout for a large roam in the future and wanted to know a few things about bubbles before I do.
1. Can you cloak inside a bubble? 2. Will a bubble de-cloak you either after jumping into one or getting caught in a drag bubble? (minus something floating in space in the drag bubble to decloak you) 3. Do bubbles disable mwd? 4. What would you use to scout? CovOps, Stealth Bomber or Interceptor? Thanks.

1. Yes. 2. No, it won't. The bubble itself is merely a gravity field that sucks you in and prevents you from warping out. 3. No. 4. CovOps frig or Stealth Bomber. CovOps is generally the safer choice due to its faster align time and minimal recloak delay.
Biggest worry when it comes to bubbles and scouting is all the tools floating around trying to decloak you. Just pick a nice safe direction, double click, then hit cloak. Zoom out a bit and try to avoid any inties trying to decloak you until you are clear of the bubble. "When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk." |

Watch these. Your first 3 questions will be answered.
Vids
Best scout is a covert ops pilot with an expanded probe launcher.
Stealth Bombers have agility issues and can have problems if there is a gate camp of a decent size, with bubbles or interceptor/frigs. More to the point if your making this post your experience level is not high enough to survive long in a SB, going though a gate or fighting, so I would not suggest it.
Interceptors work, depending on what you mean by a scout. Checking the other side of a gate they are fine. Hoping to get lucky and catch someone in a belt they do well. Finding pilots in anoms they work but not the best. Any T1 frig other then a rifter is better for that. Interceptors are never alone or are traveling. So if a ceptor stays in system with you for longer then it takes to warp from gate to gate and out he is hunting with a bunch of buddies. They can't scan down targets though, which is why Covert Ops ships are the best.
All that said, most people want to scout in interceptors and a few in SB. They deal DPS and get on kill mails, which is the most important thing for people. Covert Ops pilots are much more effective and can rack up more/better kills but, they do not show on kill mails so people don't like flying them.
FYI, almost every Covert Ops scout I know is a player with 2 accounts. In addition they lose 1-3 scout ships when on roams of a few hours or more.

Agreed, only a few people enjoy not showing on killmails, while I was playing scout however I was very apreciated. Especially when I rammed our entire short range cap fleet right up the enemys tail pipes.
So far the only cov-ops I have lost was due to the old type of doomsday... and the lag. I was actually in warp for about 2 minutes and then when I came out of warp I just blew up. Man was I surprised.
I have yet to lose a cov-ops to a gatecamp however. I have flown throug any number of them and they get your heart racing every time. No interceptor have ever been able to lock me down and pop me.
Some say that you should align to a celestrial and engage warp as soon as possible. Personally I use a diffrent approach that have been 100% successful in my case even in fairly large camps. I have yet to come to try to get through a huge camp unscaved thought :p

Tip: Drag your cloak button to the F1 position and your MWD to the F2 position (you may need to unlock your buttons by right-clicking on the white triangle below the HUD). When leaving gate cloak, a quick F1 F2 gives you 1 cycle of MWD while cloaked, so you quickly cover a few kilometers from where you were last seen, making it harder to uncloak you.

Try going though a gate and spawning 1k from a drone, with another drone 1k away from you on the other side....
That said I was more speaking of the 2 boxing with a scout. You inevitably end up sitting on a gate uncloaked sometime while on the other account and lose the covert ops ship. If your flying with only one account you should never really lose a covert ops, except for that rare situation like I mentioned above.
