If you want to jump into larger fleet warefare right away try eve university or red vs blue. Eve university specializes in training new players for pvp, and RVB is actualy 2 seperate corps that work together but remain at war with each other for organized pvp. Aside from that there is faction warefare or smaller pirate corps but eve uni is probably your best shoice as a new player

Check out our pvp courses. No need to change corp, we don't require you to join Agony to take a course.

A good way to jump into PVP is to open any of the yellow canisters near any station or star gate in any system in hisec. Some 15 year old kid in a tech 3 frigate will happily slap you about the face with his ePeen.

You could also join either "Red" or "Blue" in the perpetual Red-vs-Blue war. That, or join one of the four factional militias. Or maybe roam around lowsec or 0.0 (although that will usually result in you blowing up without any kills made).

There are no T3 frigates.
