with the recent plex drop in jita im thinkin of attempting to suicide a few boats and see what they drop, even if they dont drop anythin it might be fun..:)
i dont have good gun skills though but my missile skills are not bad..
would a commoront be a good choice?

You need a weapons system with high alpha and that doesn't use capacitor, as CONCORD will neut you instantly to 0 energy. That is a role for artillery turrets, or missiles (typically torpedoes).
If they are moving PLEX in a frigate  and you can one-shot one in your Cormorant, go for it.

Essentially you either want a really high alpha, or a smartbomb mobile. Note that concord never talks to the insurance company, so feel free to insure your ship before crashing it.
Retired from corp sales. Time to spend some of this on pretty explosions :) |

use a ship/cargo scanner first so you know what they got
and a battleship + 8 smartbombs makes for a great afk frig killer in highsec (just gotta be 5km off the station/gate) can get of 2-3 volleys even in jita, well as long as concord isn't already on the gate.

I guess it depends on CONCORD's response time. I know they eat a lot of donuts in 0.5
