Hi. I know Gallente use Villore as a popular high-sec form up area and Caldari are the same with Nourvakiken (spelt wrong sorry) - Do the Amarr and Minmatar have similar high-sec form up spots?

Matari militia members mostly live in low sec, generally in Auga, Dal area. This is mainly because, for the longest time the Amamake Oso gate was perma-camped by pirates. That changed about 2 months ago when BANE took their toys and went home! 
We are only a couple of jumps from Rens, which is the market hub for Matari space. So resupply is not to difficult, as there is a back way into our area of space, that usually is clear.

Well, when we first joined FW tuomuta (however it's called, have never had high enough sec to bother with it) was the amarr formup.
However it's since largely shifted to huola / kamela (both lowsec).

Yes... Matar miltia form up in Dal, or the members I know do.

I know plenty of you are in low-sec - I am a trader and was interested in experimenting with the high-sec market hot-spots for Amarr/Minmatar as my work with Gal/Caldari high-sec systems (the ones heavy with FW players) worked out quite well.
