See title. I know you can anchor new guns, but I've never tried unanchoring anything. I am asking both about external turrets (I know you can't unanchor the incapacitated ones) and internal structures.

I am not sure about unanchoring guns or other defenses that do not use CPU. However any module that requires CPU can not be anchored or unanchored while the tower is in reinforced.

There is nothing you can do with your POS while it is in reinforced mode, not even access hangars

Not 100% true. While in reinforced you can anchor and online structures that do not use any CPU.

I believe the Ship Maintenance Array still works, as it doesn't require CPU. Therefore you can still refit and reship.

You CAN anchor and/or online and use anything that does not use cpu.
Everything that uses cpu will go offline when pos goes rf.
You can NOT unanchor anything or online anything that uses cpu until the pos shields are at 50% or above again.

...and you cannot unanchor your POS until shields are >50% and any armour damage is repaired. If you are unlucky enough to have structure damage on your POS and you don't have a carrier available...offline it and blow it up yourself, it will be quicker than repping hull with the gimped and useless hull reppers available to subcaps.
