so far i use
h:
4 siege, 2 cruise, 2 hnos
m:
100mn AB, large sboost II, 3 hardener / amp, cap recharger
l:
wcs, 3 mixed power stuff, ballistic control
did ok with it, until i ran into a "Supreme Drone Parasite". Orbiting it it would'nt hit me, but I spend at last 100 torps on it, doing ~ 130 damage to armor O_o (resistances of 75% or so on everything).
what I ask for now is a) general input for a npc setup and b) any ideas how to overcome this rogue drone

unfortunately it has 75% resistance on everything in armor, so type of torp dont matter *g*.
i noticed 1 wcs helps get away from NPC scramblers, saved me not only once huntin 0.0 rats in my scorp =)

hm smartbombs? i can't see it's usefullness ... they do less damage than a tropedo and use way more cap to activate. maybe you missed i talk about a rogue drone here, not a player controlled one =)
