Until yesterday if I wanted to reload any missiles I would right click on the launcher icon in the HUD and then select Reload All.
Today this function doesn't seem to be present. Yes, I can see that there is a thing called Auto Reload but I would rather have the option to manually reload everything, for example after a fight or in a lull between waves, rather than have a ten second downtime when I become nothing but target practise.
So, what's changed? Is this something in the game or have I done something?

Do you have missiles in your cargo hold with which to reload?

Loads. This was the second or third thing that I checked.
I'll log off and then come back later on. No doubt, I have been fitted out at a union controlled station.

Dunno about a change with that but there is also a hotkey to reload all. I think it's ctrl+r by default. Check your hotkey section in game if interested.

Do you also have the same (damage) type of missiles equiped as are present in your launchers?
If it you haven't, the reload option won't be present.

Yes, this is what I was trying to say. I sometimes specialise in missing the point.

Most odd. I logged on again and found the expected 4,300 missiles in the hold, took the ship out and the reload facility was there.
No doubt someone must have borrowed them when I wasn't looking.

CTRL+R is your answer. As stated, you must have missiles of the exact same type in your hold. I have a key on my G15 keyboard assigned to CTRL+R to make it easier.
Also works for turret weapons (not sure about laser crystals, I don't have T2 laser skills).
Right click is usually only needed to change to a different ammo type. You should generally group your weapons to make this easier.
