If she has learned from last time she would have changed to passwords to something a bit less obvious and knowing Azia changes are good she have done exactly that. The tower's only function is to prevent the cans from despawning to the 30 day clean-up timer. Any tower will do, even a Goonswarm owned as again it cannot harm or prevent Azia from anchoring cans. Goons _used_ to be able to do big things like that. That is not the case anymore, as it was mentioned before, they're just renters in the north carebearing away. I vaguely remember an old horror movie where a man secretly buried a satan worshipper in the local church cemetary. The local clergy were horrified and went about opening graves attempting to find the evil infiltrator which resulted in a rather messy evening in the village. While your anchoring extra cans why dont you consider placing them in inappropriate shapes, swaskitas, pentagrams, fallic symbols, profanities etc. Also cloak up a prowler on grid and when the real cemetary folk go to anchor cans bump them off and scoop them.
