Same in slovenia. Socket closed, high lag and packet loss to main server.
here's the graph: http://xi-networks.net:8005/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi?displaymode=n start=2010-08-16%2012:25 end=now target=EveOnline.evet
The red lines represent the 99% packet loss.

I'm having the same problem, from the US. Two clients, or even one client, crashing 5 or six times with one socket closed and mostly intensely unresponsive failure to load grids requiring relog over the course of one and a half hours.

Press Windows Key + R. Type cmd, press enter. Type tracert 87.237.38.200, press enter.
Now, look for slow downs and see where the problem may be. It's not perfect but sometimes can give you exactly the answer you're looking for. The answer will either be: your problem, your isp's problem, ccp's problem or somebody else's problem.

No you don't have telia but you're routed through telia. Telia provides transit for CCP. I have Telemach (www.telemach.si) but i am routed through telia in 5 jumps (hops). I allready lost 10 wasp II drones..

Yeah, yesterday I blamed the EVE webserver for slow forums, but it seems their nice host is screwing up big time. Dunno if thats again or not, but yeah, it sucks.
Makes me wonder how much of the lag is caused by poor performance on their side too tbh. ========================== Nothing is true, everything is permitted. ========================== |

Yes, you're routed through eurorings.net then the 11th jump (hop) is telia .. this is where the stuff goes wrong. 213.248.83.198 is the gateway / router that causes this problems. It's from telia: Name: eveonline-ic-138015-ldn-b3.c.telia.net Address: 213.248.83.198

Atm it works atm for me, but I had 4-5 quick disconnects in succession.
No lag or delays, server just insta-closes and can't connect to it for approximately 30-60sec afterwards.
I'll run a tracert next crash and see what gives. - I'd tell you why but then I'll have to kill you. And to kill you I'd have to log in. And to log in I'd have to stop browsing these forums. Both you and me knows that'll never happen. |

Yes, and then you either disconnect or just sit there in space with cycling, turned off modules, until your client closes on you.

Comfirming this problem as well.
Had many socket closed disconnection during my route from Jita 4 4 to Amarr.
Problem still continued after JC back to 0.0 region.
Something tells me ,more lags and node fail is pointing at the new server hardware since it was during around that time, noticable problems was appearing since then.

Blame - interesting word
A game manufacturer enters into a commercial contract with a CDN (Content Distribution/Delivery Network) provider to host and provide reliable links for their content. Normally this is for files rather than streaming or provisioning but there are many different ways of slicing the cake ....
Long story short - CCP pays someone to provide a service. What that service extends to, we can only guess
