I am in a corp that does T2 invention/manuf. I'm responsible for some specific modules. I handle them in a corp POS from start to finish, copying from an unimproved T1 BPO, inventing on the T1 BPCs, and manuf the T2 product.
I am also doing the same thing on my own using a public POS.
The problem:
I am using the same technique on my personal job as I use for the corp. As I said, unimproved T1 BPO, no decryptor, no meta module. T1 BPC copies are created with max (300) runs.
My corp T2 BPCs always have 10 runs. My personal/public T2 BPCs always have 1 run. As far as I can tell, the only difference is using a corp POS vs Public POS slots. I've been looking at the formula:
Invention Output Runs = MIN(MAX(ROUND_DOWN( (Input_T1_BPC_Runs / T1_Max_Runs_Per_Blueprint_Copy) * (T2_Max_Runs_Per_Blueprint_Copy / 10) + Decryptor_Runs_Bonus), 1), T2_Max_Runs_Per_Blueprint_Copy)
But I don't see anywhere that the type of slot has any affect.
If I'm creating max run BPCs in both situatinos, the only other factor appears to be the use of decryptor, which I'm not using in either situation.
Any assistance/info would b greatly appreciated,

If you are not using a decryptor, there are only two factors that matter:
-Number of runs on the BPC
-Type of invention job
Max on modules with no decryptor is 10 runs. Rigs are 1, ships are 1. If you aren't using a decryptor for rigs/ships, use 1 run BPCs.

ammo 'n' drones are 1500 run bpcs also, just incase ya didn't encounter that one.
(this will give ya 10 run T2 bpc)

Maybe this? The corp jobs that net the 10 run T2 BPCs are standard modules.
The personal job is a rig. Are rigs limited to 1 run?

Like SurrenderMonkey already stated in his post... without a decryptor, yes. Rigs and ships both.

There are still some 1000 run large rig BPO kicking around. These result in a 3 run BPC or a 4 run BPC with a decryptor, since the max run number of 300 is used in the formula.
