My question is......
Everyone in here like to bi*ch about eve and all its fails. So, what would you do if you woke up tomorrow and there was no more eve? CCP just closed there doors. What would you do?

Good thing we will have WIS, remind me again will that run on another server so when TQ goes down concord can tow us around eve and we can all get lap dances and hookers while eve is down?
I mean, granted, everyone will be out of isk in a month but... it will be one hella month.

During this downtime, I installed Windows 7 32bit because ATi are a bunch of nublets and couldn't code their way out of a paperbag (well, lighting the bag on fire because your crapo drivers make the video card run hot might be considered 'escape' I guess).
All good here now (except I fear for ever touching a 4+ gig file while locked in 32bit land.).

Isn't it rather the only way to determine a date? How else would you know if its the one or the other day when you try to make a date. It'd be the very end of day 1 if you said 24:00 and the very beginning of the next day if you said 0:00. If you could just switch 24:00 and 0:00 as you like you'd never know which day it's meant to be.

Whomever has to complain about CCP, go play cryptic games for half a year, either ST offline or champions offline. See what "fail" truly means.
I've been playing since december and I've seen only like 4 happenings of unexpected downtime, plus 2 prolonged downtimes. And every time we had updates every couple hours at most.
Blah, for every *****ing person on this forum there are probably 10k happy players that accept the minimal burden of CCPs "failures".
