I have a few questions about game mechanics concerning ships that have logged off:
a) If you log off and then log back on do you re-appear in same spot? If I have scan probed somebody down to a spot where they emergency warped off to and disappeared, can I just camp that spot with a bubble?
b) When you log off do your hardeners and damage control keep on running and giving you bonuses?
c) I heard somebody say you can give people who logged off aggression with bubble somehow. Can anyone explain how this works?

b) Yes, all modules remain activated (this includes overloading of said mosules AFAIK, be careful) if you have autorepeat on. Unless of course you run out of cap, the modules will not try to reactivate after you have done so.
c) If people log inside your bubble they will be aggressed and can be killed easily (and they won't e-warp away, obviously). If someone jumps into your camp (with no prior PvP aggression) and logs off in gate cloak prior to a bubble being put up and are then tackled / bubbled they will disappear after 1minute (or so) is my experience.
Edit: An added note to c) Giving aggression to someone who has already logged off without aggression should not be possible. It was possible once through an exploit which had you shoot the wrecks of the person that was going to / had logged off. This was, as far as I know, fixed a while ago. Any means to incur aggression on someone who has logged off is more than likely an exploit. ___________________

Afaik they changed it so you always reward back to where you logged off. You can't create your own safespot by logging off multiple times anymore.

/me walks in to conversation
Why log off when logging on another character on the same account is more effective?
/me leaves conversation.
