Compared to its capsuleer, just how large is a pod?
Is it tight like a coffin, or spacious like a large room?

They got to fit a life-support and a warpdrive in it as well as some room for camera drones.... |

I think what you see in the trailer is the internal part where the pilot lives, but when it's in space (or integrated into a ship) there is a much larger outer shell which contains the engines / warp drive.
That's the way I see it at least. |

Camera Drones haven't been used in Decades. They were used when the first pods (Given to the Calamari by the Jovians which were then retrofitted by the Calamari to work with our puny brains) were made.
"Modern" pods use a sophisticated network of sensors to create a fake colour image that we "see" and simulate "sounds" (optional) in order for us to not go mad, as well as provide us with on the fly, real time tactical information such as local stargates or pilots in the vicinity.
This has the advantage of generating far higher resolution images and is upgradeable with a simple firmware upgrade (remember a few years ago), as well as better synchonisation with the "sounds".
The disadvantage however is that it is a lot more sensitive to spacial distortions which can, in some cases, increase latency, slow reaction time or cause the pilot to fall in a temporary comatose state.

*right-clicks pod and selects "show info"*
32 Metric tons - a little bit larger than a bathroom/sedan methinx?
Closer in size to a small semi-truck.
also the volume is 1000 (I assume cubic metres as no units are given?) ===================================== It smells of spoon! ===================================== |

Question: how does the pod handle the digestive tract? Are capsuleers fed by mouth, or fed by IV? If fed by mouth, how does the pod deal with fecal matter? I highly doubt that it would be sanitary for a capsuleer to be breathing the same liquid that contains *****... ----------

So you have done an exhaustive study of all the gay things in the history of the entire human race and then ranked them? Seems like you have a particularly strong interest in this area of study.
